| The new Milk-Rite Impulse milking assembly offers producers
the chance to enhance milking performance compared with traditional
liner/shell combinations, improving both the milking action
and cow comfort. |
| The unique Impulse assembly features an impact resistant shell
with a triangular-shaped interior. This is combined with an
anti-twist interlocking triangular-shaped liner. |
The triangular interior reduces the total air volume between
shell and liner. This leads to a more responsive opening and
closing of the liner, which optimises the Milk and Rest phases
of pulsation. |
| How it works |
| Triangular liners compress the teat more evenly and cause
less teat-end damage over time. Combining a triangular liner
with a triangular shell offers additional benefits. |
| The triangular design of both components reduces the airspace
between the liner and the inside of the shell. Therefore, less
air has to be removed from the shell on each pulsation cycle,
leading to a fast-reacting liner that opens and closes very
quickly. This optimises the milk and rest phases. |
